**Three ordering pathways:**

**1. Practitioner Portal (Direct Order):**

- Log in to your [Tiny Health practitioner portal](https://practitioner.tinyhealth.com/login)
- Select “Order Kits”
- Choose practitioner-pay or patient-pay

**Practitioner Pay:**

- You purchase kits at practitioner pricing
- Invoice paid via credit card or practice account
- Kits are shipped directly to your office
- You handle billing/payment collection in your practice
- You set the retail price

**Patient Pay:**

- Enter your patient’s information
- Patient receives payment link
- Patient pays Tiny Health directly, at your practitioner's price
- The kit is shipped directly to the patient

**3. Bulk Ordering (for high-volume practices):**

- Contact Tiny Health for wholesale pricing
- Maintain inventory in the office
- You set the retail price for your patients
