#### 2. **Login** or **Create an account** if you have yet to register

#### 3. Click on **Activate your kit**

#### 4. Select the **family member** or **Add New** family member to create a profile

#### 5. Enter the Kit ID

#### 6. Click on **continue**

#### 7. Enter the sample date

#### 8. Select if any of the following apply

_We include additional metrics if you are currently pregnant, have previously given birth, or are trying to conceive._

#### Click on **Activate this kit**

#### 9. Now that your kit is activated, it's time to complete your surveys
